https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bH0yeCTbfvw This is very sobering to watch. I think its time to make it illegal to serve anyone who is driving or at least show them this video so they know what they are risking by having the odor of alcohol on their breath while driving. In this video, the driver is restrained in every case whether or not the driver consents to the blood draw. Normally a blood test is the second option for an officer after the driver has refused a breath test. In most cases, warrant is required to draw blood without the drivers consent, but the law allows an exception for exigent circumstances. Exigent circumstances arise when the time needed to get a warrant would allow the driver's blood alcohol content to dissipate below the legal limit.
